Bahorok, North Sumatra (ANTARA News) - Rescue workers evacuated six bodies from the Casa 212 plane that crashed in Bahorok, Langkat, North Sumatra, and flew them to Turangin field in North Sumatra district of Langkat on Sunday.

The six victims packed in body-bags and flown by Search and Rescue (SAR) helicopters arrived in Turangin, Bahorok, Langkat District at 12.20 pm local time on Sunday, Antara learned here.

The six victims, five adults and a child, were then brought to the Adam Malik hospital in Medan, capital city of North Sumatra province, for identification.

The Casa 212-200 plane with 18 people on board including its crew went down in a Bohorok jungle when it was flying from Medan to Kutacane, Southeast Aceh, Thursday morning (Sept.29)

The National Search and Rescue Agency (Basarnas) set up four teams to locate and evacuate the plane crash victims.

All the passengers of the Casa 212-200 plane were found dead, National Search and Rescue Team`s Operational and Training Director Vice Marshal Sunarbowo Sandi said here on Saturday.
